SHREDDER:

A single shaft-shredder, slow turning rotor, low noise, and less dust with a vertical or horizontal material input.  Shreds wood, plastic, and other recyclable materials.

THE CONCEPT OF THE SHREDDER:

CHIPPER:

Drum and disc chippers for the production of chips to produce chip board, paper, wood pulp, and fuel.

RE-SHREDDER:

A slow rotating cutting system for re-shredding material.

CONVEYING TECHNOLOGY:

Custom made conveying systems to fit customer requirements.

FEED REGULATING CONVEYORS:

For regulating feeding of wood, chips, sawdust, bark, and plastic.  The feeding is done by vibration technology with a discharge by screw or push rod.

SILO DISCHARGE DEVICE:

For storage and discharge of rectangular silos with a storage volume up to 1000 cu.m.  For heating installations, continous discharge, designed for 24 hour operations for loading and unloading of vehicles from silos.

METAL DETECTORS:

To protect against metal/foreign parts.  There are three types: metal detector coil; situated underneath the conveyor belt system; or directly integrated in the conveyor as an overall shield coil detector.

SEPARATION TECHNOLOGY:

A separation process for reduced materials such as wood, plastic, paper, ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

SCREENING MACHINES:

For the screening of up to four different fractions within one aggregate.
